I had this book (but I've lost it moving!) and always found it to be a great resource. A lot of people think that you can just pop on the internet and find out the calories in a lot of foods, but I have found a lot of online calorie data to be inaccurate or fee-based. Pick up this inexpensive guide and you won't be sorry!
This is the same book just the new 2001 edition. It contains new fast food information that is up to date. Also some new products available in your Supermarkets around the country.
